The 8th comes to 7 ?

The Eighth Doctor returns to BBC Radio 7 Sunday 16th may when the station
begins airing selected stories from the third series of the Big Finish
Eighth Doctor Adventures.
Four out of eight stories will be broadcast, from the
series first released by Big Finish in 2009. Radio Seven has previously
broadcast the first two series of the Eighth Doctor Adventures.
The series starts on BBC Radio 7 on Sunday 16th May at 6pm
with a repeat at midnight BST.
Radio 7 can be heard around the world via the BBC Website.

Final Fleshy Figures

Final figures for Episode Five Flesh and Stone published today by
BARB show the story was watched by
8.50 million viewers.
On BBC One the programme got 8.02 million watching where it was the
fifth most watched programme for the channel for the week. An additional 0.48 million watched on BBC HD.
The BBC Three Sunday repeat just sneaked into the Top 30 with a
confirmed audience of 0.66 million viewers.

Vampires over night Figures
Unofficial overnight figures for The Vampires of Venice was
watched by 6.2 million viewers with a share of 30.6% of
the audience.
5.90 million watched on BBC One, where it was again the most watched
programme of the evening, with an additional 0.24 million watching on
BBC HD.
The rating was down slightly on the previous week, most probably due to
the earlier time slot. On ITV1, Funniest Ever You've Been Framed!
had 4.4 million watching.
This is now showing a few parallels with Doctor Who of old, that constantly shifting the times of transmission will mean that viewing figures will drop.

Jamie and the 6th Doctor are Back!

This is a review for The Big Finish Adventure, The City of Spires. Staring Colin Baker as the 6th Doctor, Frazer Hines as Jamie McCrimmon and Georgia Moffett as Alice.
The Doctor Land hoping to get away from it all, but once again as with a Previous Regeneration, he lands in the Middle of an Important Battle in Scotland. After managing to convince the Scottish Warrior Black Donald that he's not English, and accepts being called a French Dandy. The Doctor Notices one very important clue, "Black Donald" is in Fact Jamie McCrimmon.

"Rory" Arthur Darvill Introduces Vampires in Venice.
This Introduction by Arthur is not any where near as Spoilery as Previous Introductions, in fact it's done quite well.

The Character Options 11th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver Review
The postman delivered my 11th Doctor This morning so here's my review after a little play with it.

Adverts in The Closing Moments of Doctor Who
In the closing moments of Saturday's Doctor Who episode "The TIme of Angels" as the Doctor was giving his, "The one thing you never put in a trap" speech. An advert for the next programme, featuring a cartoon of Graham Norton apeared distracting many from the action on screen, and anoying them enough to complain. The BBC promptly apolgised after in thier own words said "thousands of complaints" had been recieved.

This though was not the first time adverts for following shows had blended in at the closing moments of Doctor Who. In 2005 it was Graham Norton who also came up. This is not a new problem as the screen grab from the closing moments of episode 1 of Daleks back in 1963 shows the BBC have been often guilty of this, blending in of adverts for the next programme.

The Second Doctor Dominates

I am a happy very man,

along with Frazer Hines as Jamie and Wendy Padbury as Zoe.
Extras Cleared:

A Time of Angelic Viewing Figures

The Overnight Viewing figures are out for the Time of Angels. 6.8 Million watched and that's a combined BBC 1 and BBC HD number as the episode was simulcast. it also managed to grab 36% of the viewing Audience. As it looks there seems to be a steady number of viewers now, and the full figures will be known in 10n days.

Revenge of the Silver Nemesis

Revenge of the Cybermen and Silver Nemesis Have been cleared by the British Board of Film Classification as a Double DVD Trailer. As to when this box set will be realsed is anybody's Guess, and with Two of the most unpopular Cybermen stories of all time, one wonders what sales they will get. But that said it will be in my Pre-order list as soon as it's available, I'm somewhat of a Cyber-collector. "EXCELENT!"
